Orders will be sent via DHL or TNT. Delivery usually occurs within 3-7 working days. Orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays). We are sorry, but we cannot accept orders being dispatched to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Cellap Laboratoire complies with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations governing product transport.
Shipment rates per order
For all orders in standard delivery, shipping charges are free.
Always e-mail your concerns to email@example.com within 7 days of having received goods. Goods may be returned only with a Return Authorisation number which will be given to you as part of the return process. Further details will be supplied to you via e-mail together with the code if your request to return the merchandise has been accepted.
