Products displayed on the website may not be eligible for sale or available to residents of certain countries. The products and services available on the website, and any samples thereof which we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or re-sell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, which you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any orders that we believe, at our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Delivery information
Orders will be sent via DHL or TNT. Delivery usually occurs within 3-7 working days. Orders are dispatched and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday, except bank holidays). We are sorry, but we cannot accept orders being dispatched to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes. Cellap Laboratoire complies with all applicable local, national and international laws and regulations governing product transport.
Shipment rates per order
For all orders in standard delivery, shipping charges are free.
Return policy
Always e-mail your concerns to customer.service@cellcosmet-cellmen.com within 7 days of having received goods. Goods may be returned only with a Return Authorisation number which will be given to you as part of the return process. Further details will be supplied to you via e-mail together with the code if your request to return the merchandise has been accepted.
